David Benner

David is a native of Arizona where he lives with his wife Jennifer. He and his wife have been married for 20 years and have two children, Tyler (21) and Noah (18). David has served in various ministries for over 20 years and served as Executive Director at OTAN. Also, he traveled internationally with several organizations as a missionary, as well as executively. He has worked in nonprofit organizations as an Executive and in the corporate world for more than 15 years. David has a passion to see the Gospel shared to the ends of the earth and a special burden for Asia.

Thomas Slager

Thomas is married to his wife Mary. They have 3 kids- Elijah, Jude, and Audrey. Thomas has been in a variety of ministry roles including student ministry, worship ministry, small groups ministry, and preaching. He currently serves as a teaching and small groups pastor at Highlands Church in Scottsdale, Arizona. Thomas enjoys being in the great outdoors, Cross-fit, and getting ice cream with his wife and kids.

Dena Coelho

Ms. Coelho’s diverse accounting and compliance background bring a depth of experience to the clients of Funding the Gap, LLC (FTG).   Since 2011, Ms. Coelho takes time each winter for missionary work in the Bahamas, including volunteer work in elementary schools and kids athletic programs. Before teaming up with FTG, she was Senior Vice President-Chief Compliance & Ethics Officer at an international $5+ billion revenue company with more than 45,000 employees.  She created and implemented policies and procedures related to the company's Code of Conduct, Document Management & Record Retention and established processes for tracking compliance with changes in legislature and regulations in the banking industry. She and her staff of three attorneys addressed regulatory concerns and litigation document production for the legal department's more than 30 attorneys worldwide.  Prior to that, Ms. Coelho was employed in the roles of Chief Financial Officer, Corporate Controller, Senior Vice President of Enterprise Risk Management and other senior management positions for small to mid-size private, pre-IPO, and public companies in widespread industries. She began her career as an auditor with PriceWaterhouse (PwC) and gained experience in the high tech industry with multiple Initial Public Offerings. She also had clients in the real estate and health care industries and participated in forensic audits.  Ms. Coelho received a B.S. in Business Administration with Emphasis in Accounting from California State University, Fresno in 1982.

Jim Pangborn

Jim Pangborn currently serves in Regional Ministry Development with Grand Canyon University; collaborating with church leadership, business executives and technology experts to generate educational solutions. A 25-year higher-education professional, Jim holds a Master’s in Business Administration and has been successful in a wide-range of education sector positions, including director- level management and the intrinsic development of online high school operations and admissions. He has also held positions in business intelligence, broadcasting, marketing and non-profit fundraising. Jim serves as a Life Group leader and travels to Haiti frequently to serve and teach the pastoral community in Kenscoff. He and his wife Debbie have been married 29 years and live in Scottsdale, Arizona. His passion for the game of golf is only exceeded by his passion for missions outreach; flowing from a personal responsibility to live out Isaiah 6:8 ... "Lord, send me" ... believing there is no higher calling than to be prepared and available to make a difference in the lives of others, every day.

Steve Smith

Steve is married to his wife of 18 years.  They have two children Taylor 25 and Connor 14. Steve is a former Youth Minister for 18 years. He is still an Ordained Minister in the State of Arizona and he currently works as an I.T trainer at a legal firm. He loves basketball and coached many teams with his son for nearly 8 years. He currently attends CCV and has coached basketball a few years with the Stars program. His wife Erica loves to serve in the infant’s ministry where she volunteers with newborns. Their son Connor will soon be a referee for basketball games at there local church.
